We provide marketing, advertising, and web services tailored for crowdfunding campaigns. All services are described on the website and may change at our discretion.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or another approved third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card details. Prices are quoted in EUR or USD, depending on the service. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including copy, branding, design, and visual assets, is owned by Primecontent Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
4. User Content
If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for promotional purposes.
5. Disclaimer
We provide services "as-is" and make no warranties regarding success, performance, or outcome of crowdfunding campaigns. You acknowledge that campaign success depends on many external factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primecontent Ltd against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or unethical conduct.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
